Qorums’ proprietary algorithm calculates interviewers’ scoring in real-time. Scoring is based on a combination of hiring manager skill-set importance, in which different hiring team members have more influence based on must-haves vs nice-to-haves…essentially eliminating the need to regroup after interview rounds, allowing hiring managers to make fluid informed decisions more efficiently.
